This applies regardless of whether the opportunity was obtained directly or indirectly through our services.

5. User Responsibilities

• Actively participate in training and job search activities.
• Maintain professional conduct during interactions.
• Not misuse, copy, distribute, or reproduce proprietary materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, training resources, processes, systems, and documentation provided by the Company are the intellectual property of HyperSlash Technologies, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, reused, or disclosed without prior written permission.

7. No Employment Guarantee

We provide guidance and support services only. We do not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Interview calls
• Salary outcomes
• Employment timelines

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperSlash Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Failure to secure employment
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Decisions made by employers, recruiters, hiring partners, or other third parties

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in misconduct or unprofessional behavior.
• You fail to meet payment obligations.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive, business, candidate, employment, and proprietary information shared during the course of services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
