This Refund Policy applies to all paid services, programs, and support provided by HyperSlash Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By enrolling in our services, purchasing a plan, or making any payment to HyperSlash Technologies, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All fees paid to HyperSlash Technologies, LLC for career development, training, resume support, interview preparation, recruitment support, and job placement assistance are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.
2. Program Fees
Program fees cover access to services such as career counseling, resume/profile enhancement, technical training, skill development, interview preparation, application support, recruiter support, and other career assistance activities.
- No refund will be issued once services have started.
- Partial use of services does not qualify for a partial refund.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not qualify for a refund.
- Failure to follow program instructions, guidance, or communication requirements does not qualify for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with job-market conditions, recruiter response, interviews, or employer decisions does not qualify for a refund.
3. Success Fees
If your agreement includes a success-based fee, the success fee becomes payable when you secure employment or a qualifying work opportunity through the direct or indirect use of our services, guidance, training, referrals, support, resume assistance, profile work, or recruiter assistance.
- Success fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Success fees are separate from program fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Success fee obligations are governed by your applicable service agreement or enrollment terms.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after enrollment.
- Candidate no longer wishes to continue the program.
- Candidate becomes unavailable or unresponsive.
- Candidate fails to provide required documents, resume information, or onboarding details.
- Candidate does not attend training, meetings, interviews, or scheduled sessions.
- Delay in job placement, interview scheduling, recruiter response, or employer decision-making.
- Failure to secure employment, job offer, desired salary, or desired timeline.
- Violation of program rules, misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to meet payment obligations.
5. Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited situations and solely at the discretion of HyperSlash Technologies, LLC. Examples may include:
- Duplicate payment made in error.
- Incorrect billing caused by a verified technical or administrative error.
- Failure by the Company to provide the purchased service where no work has begun.
Any refund approval must be confirmed in writing by the Company.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may discontinue participation in the program at any time; however, cancellation does not automatically create a right to refund. Fees already paid remain non-refundable, and any outstanding amounts owed under your agreement remain payable unless waived in writing by the Company.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting HyperSlash Technologies, LLC, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, and pursue collection of unpaid amounts where permitted by law.
8. Refund Request Process
To submit a refund-related inquiry, you must contact us in writing at info@hyperslashtech.com with your full name, payment details, date of payment, and reason for the request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds, if any, may take 7–14 business days to process and will typically be issued to the original payment method.
9. Relationship to Other Agreements
If you have signed a separate service agreement, enrollment agreement, or payment agreement, the terms of that agreement may apply in addition to this Refund Policy. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement may control to the extent permitted by law.
10. No Employment Guarantee
HyperSlash Technologies, LLC provides career support and professional development services only. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, salary outcomes, job offers, or placement timelines. Refunds will not be issued based on job-market outcomes or third-party employer decisions.
